Kupffer cell
The kupffer cell is very important to the digestive system, kupffer cells are macrophages located in the sinusoids region of the liver. Kupffer cells have standard mreceptor-mediated phagocytosis, lysosomal digestion. This particular population of macrophages are especially significant, with responsibility of also clearing out bacteria and filyering and removing tbe dirty blood forom the blood stream. Thay are perfectly specialized for this job because they contain numerous amounts of microvilli, filopodia, and lamellopodia. Which help release and clear out the liver.
